Enforcing the Rule of Law

I will stand firm against policies that weaken law enforcement, undermine public safety, or threaten our Second Amendment rights. As Sheriff, I’ll push back against political agendas that make it harder for law enforcement to do its job or jeopardize the rights of law-abiding citizens. The men and women who wear the badge need leadership that has their back—not just in words, but in action.

At the same time, I believe in strong, consistent policing that holds criminals accountable while respecting the constitutional freedoms of every citizen. That means enforcing the law fairly, protecting due process, and defending the rights that define us—including the right to keep and bear arms. You can count on me to be a Sheriff who protects both your safety and your liberty.
